You may see an unusual sign-in page, or everything may appear to work correctly, but the grades do not get sent. [Identified] ST Math is currently unable to remove students from teacher rosters where the students have departed the district. ST Math is aware of this issue and is unable to provide a workaround at this time. They are projecting 2-3 weeks before this issue is resolved.

[Investigating] It has been reported with that some users are clicking on the Illuminate tile in Saddleport, and it returns back to the Saddleport page. A workaround is to use the Chrome "Incognito" Window to log into Saddleport and access Illuminate. Or sign out completely from Saddleport and sign back into Saddleport. We have submitted a help desk support ticket to Illuminate. It is escalated to Tier 2 support. -Help Desk Support Team

[Investigating] Some users may get an “Authorization failed” error when trying to authorize Google Drive access from within Canvas. This is a known issue with Canvas that they are working to resolve.
