[Identified] We have identified the issue which caused the printing issue in Mac Desktops and Macbooks. This is related to an expired Apple certificate and certificate was used to sign the HP drivers and now the OS no longer trusts the driver. The install is pushed out automatically thru JAMF if your Mac is enrolled in it. This should resolve the printing issue. If your computer does not have "SVUSD Self Service Portal" or still have printing issues at the school site, please submit a Help Desk Ticket for our Site Specialist to install updated drivers at your school site. -Help Desk Support Team

[Investigating] Some users may get an “Authorization failed” error when trying to authorize Google Drive access from within Canvas. This is a known issue with Canvas that they are working to resolve. We have found that sometimes using a different web browser may allow the authorization, but not always. We will update this status when we have more information from Canvas. -Help Desk Support Team
