[Monitoring] Message from OCDE:
Just an update from CENIC on our Primary 200g link to LA below due to a fiber bend. We noticed complete connectivity lost around 2AM this morning. Service to our 200g link to LA is still down. We have been on our backup 200g circuit to Tustin since yesterday morning event from the flapping.

[Investigating] Tech Services is working with Google Support to determine and resolve the inconsistent availability of locked Google Form quizzes. Until this is resolved, locked quizzes may or may not be accessible by your students. We will update this notice when we have additional information.

[Investigating] Teachers have reported that some students cannot access a Google Form Quiz in Locked Mode on their Chromebooks. This appears to be a result of Chrome Extensions that students have installed, though Tech Services is not yet certain which specific extension(s) are causing the problem. Having students uninstall all non-essential Chrome extensions resolves the problem in most cases. If it does not, your site tech specialist may need to reset the Chromebook. Tech Services will continue to investigate and will update this status when there is additional information. -Help Desk Support Team
